The humidity and wind is making puppet work so much harder.
Taking longer for paint to cure, insects, and sweat literally dripping on my work. My respirator is so slimy its disgustingggg.
Kind of worried about my ability to make multiples of other copies, they may have to be super limited. Just getting 20 of these is going to be a challenge in an exposed and non-climate controlled environment...

I went to a hot yoga class that was too advanced for me but I didn’t want to seem weak so I tried really hard to keep up. I started to feel ill so i excused myself and the minute I got into the change room I blacked out for ten minutes.

Yoga zone’s video “Yoga for Flexibility and Relaxation” is on hulu for free (I’m pretty sure you don’t need hulu plus).
Do that one if you’re super unflexible. It might be a good idea to just do mild flexibility videos for a week or two before getting into strength building just to make sure you don’t hurt yourself.

Also don’t do yoga because someone guilts or shames you into doing it :|. That is pretty much against the philosophy to begin with, (whatever that may be that’s up to interpretation).
You should be drawn to it because it feels balls awesome not pushed.

Ok this is a good beginner video for strength building.
A few weeks of this every other day or two you’ll notice a difference. I did it every day for two weeks at my grandma’s house and I started feeling a 6-pack forming under my skin.
Really the big secret to yoga is managing to relax in the pose while working to keep it up at the same time, which sounds like a total contradiction but that’s why the breathing is so important because it enables you to keep that balance.
Getting those 3 things to work in unison is what makes it so challenging at times, hell some days I just can’t do it.

triangle and reverse right triangle pose are good ones too.
I reach around my back and grab my inner thigh but it really works just as well with the hand reaching back in the air. just at a certain point you can’t stretch any further so it’s just more relaxing to do the wrap-around.
